4. Repair Approval
No repair work will be carried out without customer approval. Once approved, the repair process will begin, and charges will apply as communicated.
5. Pricing & Payments
All repair costs will be informed prior to service. Prices may vary based on the issue and required parts. Full payment must be made upon completion of the repair before device collection.
6. Turnaround Time
Estimated repair time is provided based on the nature of the issue. While we aim to complete repairs within the given timeframe, delays may occur due to parts availability or unforeseen technical issues.
7. Warranty Policy
Repairs may include a limited warranty on parts and service, depending on the type of repair. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or mishandling after the repair.

9. Unclaimed Devices
Devices not collected within 30 days of repair completion may be subject to storage charges or disposal, at the discretion of iMark Service Centre.
10. Liability
